Yay! Spring is now officially here (even though it may not seem like it yet!). To celebrate the new season, we’ve continued the tradition of curating flowers as inspired by Pantone’s 2017 Spring Color Report. This season is a colorful mix of bright colors contrasted with a few darker muted shades and of course, the color of the year, Greenery.
Primrose Yellow, Pale Dogwood, Flame, and Pink Yarrow colors inspired us to think of so many different flowers that we had a hard time narrowing it down to just a few! I would have to say one of my favorite colors in this spring palette is Pale Dogwood. I love the soft antique pink color and there are so many beautiful flowers like peonies, garden roses and more that match the color so well!
Blue tones like Island Paradise, Niagara and Lapis Blue are a little trickier to match with coordinating flowers, but you’ll still find in our color board a mix of blue blooms that add to the colorful mix of this spring color palette:
(1) Yellow Double Daffodil (2) Yellow Garden Rose – Catalina (3) Yellow Freesia (4) Yellow Tulips (5) Light Pink Garden Rose – Keira (6) Pink Hypericum Berries (7) Scabiosa Pods (8) Light Pink Mini Cymbidium Orchids (9) Light Pink Billy Balls (Painted Craspedia) (10) Smoke Bush Flowers (11) Cream Amaranthus (12) Blue Muscari (13) Kiwi Green Hydrangea (14) Tweedia (by request) (15) Green Snowball – Viburnum (16) Green Succulent (17) Orange Amaryllis (18) Hot pink Hyacinths (19) Orange Pincushion Protea (20) Orange Rose – Santana (21) Fuchsia Peonies (22) Hot Pink Ranunculus (23) Antique Blue Hydrangea (24) Aralia Leaves (25) Blue Eryngium Thistle (26) Blue Billy Balls (Painted Craspedia) (27) Variegated Bush Ivy (28) Rosemary (29) Delphinium (by request)
