Shipping Info

For Flower Muse, free shipping means that you never pay a single extra cent for shipping fees, handling fees, so called service fees, etc. The price you see is the price that you pay – never anything more. (Well, except for taxes if you’re in CA. Sorry, can’t get around that one!). Our goals are honesty and making sure that you are beyond happy with your experience with us. 

Flower Muse Shipping Details

Our flowers all ship via FedEx. They are sent straight from the source directly to you so that they are as fresh as possible for maximum vase life. Here’s the lowdown on shipping:

Where do we ship? We ship to all 50 US states and there is no extra fee for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska (yay!). Why should you be penalized for living in such beautiful areas?

Our friends to the North – we unfortunately do not offer delivery to Canada at this time due to different import and customs regulations. However, we do have a limited number of items that we can deliver. If you would like to inquire, please contact us at info@flowermuse.com

When do we ship?  Deliveries are made Tuesdays through Fridays. FedEx typically delivers before 10:30am on day of delivery in most areas and signature is required (FedEx policy for international shipments). We recommend that you plan for someone to be present to sign for the flowers. If that is not possible and you would like FedEx to leave your order at your door, then we recommend leaving a signed note for them. FedEx will typically follow your instructions, but it is dependent on the driver. Our customer service team is always tracking orders so if we see that something goes awry, we’ll be in contact with you and FedEx to get things sorted out.

Where possible, we recommend deliveries on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Why? On the off chance you miss the FedEx delivery (it happens!) there is time for re-delivery attempt the next day.
